VENUE: Where to Mix Panini and PowerPoint

For a simple out-of-office gathering, the new Crestanello Gran Caffe Italiano just across from the main branch of the New York Public Library offers a full second floor that can be reserved for meetings and corporate events. A nice step up from pulling plastic patio furniture around a small table at the local Starbucks or Au Bon Pain, Crestanello offers plush crimson red sofas, stark white floors and walls and dark wood tables and chairs. The cafe offers an extensive menu of Italian specialties, including panini and focaccia sandwiches, salads, pastas, espresso drinks, wines and aperitifs. The second floor can hold 40.
