The new company Bar Candy offers edible chocolate glasses and custom drink mixes ideal for spicing up cocktail or holiday parties. The cone-shaped vessels come in melt-free milk, dark, and white chocolate (the white can be dyed a color) and sit inside custom-made glass bases. Glasses with rims covered in crushed cookie bits, graham crackers, candy, fruit-flavored sugars, and edible glitter are also available. Chocolate glasses (which come with the bases) are $9 to $10 each and can be shipped throughout the U.S. and Canada. Discounts are available for orders of 150 glasses or more. In the New York area, owner Liz Green also offers cocktail catering services, which include chocolate glasses, staffing and custom-made mixers in flavors including white chocolate caramel, blackberry, and apple cider.
