Chocolate Sushi
For a creative dessert idea, Austin, Texas-based chocolatier Maggie Louise Confections’ clever collections include chocolate sushi, which can be customized with logos, colors, and more, for party favors, as well as a tech-theme “You’re the Bomb” set that works well as a corporate thank-you gift. All of her chocolates are hand-painted and made to order.

The dumpster crudité platter included vegetable pulp hummus made from pressed juices and canned chickpea water debris that was served in a squeezable tube, along with a pickle juice vinaigrette.

Stella McCartney Resort 2013 Presentation
To showcase her resort 2013 collection in New York in June, Stella McCartney threw a carnival full of old-fashioned games and food inspired by the designer's vegan lifestyle. AO Production oversaw the family-friendly event, which was electricity-free and served vegan carnival treats from Mary Giuliani.
