10. The Experience at Ferrari-Maserati

Opened in May 2011, the Experience at Ferrari-Maserati has a 600-square-foot outdoor patio and 2,700 square feet inside with floor-to-ceiling windows, white epoxy floors, and clean, white walls. The space can host groups of 50 for cocktail mixers, holiday parties, and product launches.
