The pop culture fest drew about 130,000 guests this year, taking in more than 1,000 exhibitors at the North and South buildings of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Attendance dropped in 2016 due to the ongoing downturn in the energy industry, but the show still attracted 45,000 people from 92 countries and 18,700 companies. Clean tech was the focus of many exhibitors and ATCO was the main sponsor. Next: June 13-15, 2017

The biggest trade show in Canada by square footage booked $500 million in international sales in 2016, when 41,000 attendees took in 700 exhibits. RBC and Viterra were sponsors. Next year marks the 40th anniversary for the rural show. Next: June 21-23, 2017
