The PRWeek Awards celebrate the best work in the public relations industry. Now in its 20th year, the 2019 ceremony will include special categories honoring the Best Campaign, Best Agency Professional, and Best In-House Professional from the past two decades. As a nod to its beginnings, the 950-guest event at Cipriani Wall Street will feature a ’90s theme this year, with throwback music, graphics, and activations. Next: March 21, 2019
#2 PR Industry Event
The Public Relations Society of America awards its Silver Anvils in recognition of the best strategic public relations campaigns of the year. In 2018, the ceremony at the Edison Ballroom included new categories for content marketing, social responsibility, and technology/social media. Last year’s winners hailed from firms including Rbb Communications, Edelman, and Weber Shandwick. Next: June 6, 2019
#3 PR Industry Event
Since 2000, the Holmes Group has been recognizing marketers, public relations professionals, and communications agencies for Superior Achievement in Branding, Reputation and Engagement. Held at Cipriani 42nd Street, the event is attended by 850 guests and bestows awards in categories including cause-related marketing, corporate media relations, crisis management, and guerilla marketing.
