Lexington Marriott City Center
This brand-new hotel located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky, opened in November 2019. The newest addition to Music City will live up to its name come fall 2020. The 24-story hotel will have an extensive 77,000 square feet of event space as well as a rooftop lounge, pool deck, and world-class spa. The cherry on top? Sweeping views of downtown Nashville, including city staples like Union Station and the Frist Art Museum.
The Ben- Autograph Collection
The idyllic Palm Beach area in Florida isn't the only reason to visit the sunny coastal town. Coming February 2020, The Ben will offer 8,000 square feet of event space, as well as luxury accommodations and top-notch dining led by world-class executive chef Andre Sattler. Highlights include proximity to downtown and the convention center and a rooftop lounge area complete with a pool and cabanas.
Renasant Convention Center
Memphis meetings just got a whole lot better. Coming fall 2020, Renasant Convention Center will be unveiling its $200 million renovation. When complete, the center will include a 118,000-sq.-ft. main exhibit hall, new exterior concourse and 46 breakout rooms. The renovation will also include digital wayfinding technology to help visitors easily navigate the building.
Four Seasons Hotel, New Orleans
This 341-room hotel will be located within the city’s former World Trade Center. The hotel has 2 acres of prime New Orleans riverfront real estate, so planners will want to book this hotel for their next event as soon as possible. Conveniently adjacent to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Audubon Aquarium and the French Quarter, the location will be a huge selling point for the luxury hotel, opening in fall 2020.
Holiday Inn Oceanfront in Surfside Beach
