Tequila Ranch is one of the newest venues to open at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's Paradise complex. The $2 million space incorporates rustic details to create the feel of an authentic hacienda. Groups can utilize both the indoor and outdoor areas, which border the water. Conducive to group needs, the venue serves food family-style and can seat as many as 400 guests. There's even a mechanical bull for guests to ride. —Shari Lynn Rothstein
