Offshore Sailing School
The Center for Creative Leadership, a global provider of creative executive leadership education, has just joined forces with Olympic sailor Steve Colgate's Fort Myers-based sailing school to offer a unique and rather challenging teambuilding experience. The three-day program, Leadership at the Helm, is designed for groups of four or fewer and consists of personalized sailing lessons onboard award-winning Colgate 26 sailboats-which are also used by used by the U.S. Naval and Coast Guard academies-followed by a series of races and leadership exercises. Besides teaching the basics of sailing, the experience features personality assessments, group discussions, and peer feedback in private breakout sessions, all guided by C.C.L. faculty.
