Super Bowl XLVI will take over Indianapolis's Lucas Oil Stadium February 5, and details are being released on the surrounding parties—about 130 over the course of six days, according to reps for the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Bureau. Among the most anticipated events is Rolling Stone's first Super Bowl party, hosted in partnership with Bacardi and scheduled for February 4. The event will take over a converted warehouse with concerts from Cobra Starship, Gym Class Heroes, LMFAO, and Lupe Fiasco. The mag will also host a tailgate party on game day. Here are some other happenings on tap:

Carmen Electra, Jenny McCarthy, Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Kendra Wilkinson, Bridget Marquardt, and Holly Madison host Axxis Sports & Entertainment's two-night Leathers & Laces Friday and Saturday at Regions Bank Tower downtown. Sponsors include Monster Energy Drink, Sirius XM Radio, and Belvedere.

Hennessy will take over a private residence in Monument Circle to host House of Hennessy throughout the weekend, with a Sunday viewing party and a Sunday-night post Super Bowl party. The activation will have cognac, cigars, and DJs, as well as celebrity guests and a Twitter bar.

Produced by Los Angeles-based Event Eleven, ESPN the Magazine's "Next" party is Friday at the 40,000-square-foot Jobsite Supply warehouse, with a 40-foot red carpet entrance and a social media studio. Drake will perform, and sponsors include Bud Light, Dunkin' Donuts, Ford, Snickers, and Vic's Dayqil/Nyquil.

Saturday's events include DirecTV's Celebrity Beach Bowl at Victory Field. Ted Allen of Chopped will host the Taste of the NFL at Gleaners Food Bank, with a chef from each NFL city serving a signature dish and a performance from country singer Sara Evans.

Maxim will host its big annual bash at Indiana State fairgrounds on Saturday and a "Tailgate Salute to Heroes" event Sunday. Hosted by Maxim "Hometown Hotties" winner April Rose and former NFL player Tony Siragusa, the event will take place in a branded, climate-controlled lounge across the street from the stadium and offer food, cocktail service, and activities. Also on Sunday: the official NFL tailgate event and Paula Deen's pre-game party at the Indiana State Museum.

Correction: The original version of this story incorrectly stated that the Taste of the NFL event is sold out.
