Best Buddies Gala Puts Draped Rooms on Marlins Park Field

Best Buddies Miami hosted its 16th annual gala on November 16 at the Marlins Park. The event that raised $2 million for Best Buddies International. To fete the nonprofit's expansion into Russia, the affair was aptly decorated with a Russian theme from Blooming Design and Events. To create intimacy in such a large open site, planners built two distinct rooms on the filed, one for the reception and another for the ensuing dinner and concert.

Attendees arrived onto the ballpark field via different entrances, including third base and the Diamond Club. V.I.P. guests, who were given a locker room tour, lounged at the Diamond Club prior to the main dinner and concert event. The group was then escorted through the dugout tunnel into the cocktail space, which housed the auction. At the end of the reception, guests headed through a short hallway to a purple-draped dinner and concert space where Far East Movement and SkyBlu of LMFAO performed.
