Opened in July, Carmine’s Las Vegas inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is a spin-off of the New York-originated eatery. The 750-seat space maintains a quaint Italian restaurant vibe despite its sprawling 27,000-square-foot floor plan. Carmine’s also hosts smaller events in six private dining rooms, which include access to Wi-Fi, T1 lines, and charging stations at each table.

Caesars Palace is planning to open Fizz, a high-end champagne lounge, in November. The $3.2 million project, designed by TAL Studio, boasts a 2,750-square-foot floor plan and holds 200 guests.

Though considered intimate by casino standards, Cosmopolitan’s new venue the Chelsea, opening in December, boasts 50,000 square feet of space (for scale: the whole casino floor is 100,000 square feet). The venue, dubbed an avant-garde approach to entertainment by the property, includes cast glass chandeliers, a vintage-style lobby bar, and a decorative grand staircase that leads to V.I.P. opera boxes. The room accommodates 3,000 guests.

Slated to open in November, Downtown Container Park is one of the quirkier Downtown Project endeavors. The large retail-oriented park will consist of stores created from shipping containers, including 41 recycled shipping containers and 58 Xtreme Cubes, which can be oriented into more unique shapes. The 19,730-square-foot space holds 1,000 guests outside and 75 inside a V.I.P. area.

Whiskey Down, a new lounge on the MGM Grand casino floor, holds 120 guests over 3,505 square feet. Opened in late August, the lounge's decor includes brick and dark leather. The centrally located lounge features gaming areas and a wide selection of whiskeys.

Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro’s new namesake Italian-American restaurant Buddy V's Ristorante overlooks the Strip. The 11,000-square-foot space holds 220 guests in the main room and on the patio and 70 in the bar and lounge; plus private dining rooms are also available. It opened October 7 inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian.

After months of construction, Sunset Park reopened this summer. The airport-adjacent park hosts events for as many as 15,000 people with room for 3,000 in the new plaza.

Bathed in dark leather and gold with a wraparound bar, the Rush Lounge is Golden Nugget’s central bar, with signature drinks and V.I.P. table service, as well as live music. Remodeled and opened in September, it seats 60 between the bar and surrounding tables.
