Take a peek at these buzz-worthy restaurants, hotels, meeting and event spaces and more recently opened in Denver.

Here's a closer look at Denver's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms and other spaces available for events this fall. The new and renovated Denver venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings and more.

A note regarding COVID-19: Some of the venues listed here may not yet be available for hosting events due to COVID-19, or they may be operating at a lower capacity. As venues begin to slowly reopen across North America, we encourage event organizers to contact the venues to verify current capacity restrictions.

Convergence Station
Convergence Station
Immersive arts and entertainment company Meow Wolf opened its third concept in mid-September:
Convergence Station, created by more than 100 artists and 200 in-house creatives. The four-story permanent exhibition features 79 mind-bending, science-fictional installations. In addition to opening its doors to ticketed guests, the venue also hosts The Perplexiplex, a 3,100-square-foot dedicated event space, complete with a 700-square-foot, built-in stage with permanent art installation, interactive projection mapping on floors and walls (courtesy of Memory Factory), and state-of-the-art sound and lighting capabilities. Convergence Station caters to everything from weddings and galas to live music events, and capacity ranges from 150 for seated banquets to 450 for concerts. Meow Wolf provides event beverage packages, while catering is offered by a preferred list of local vendors.

Rally Hotel
Rally Hotel
Located in Denver’s newest entertainment center McGregor Square, Rally Hotel rolled out the welcome mat in March, boasting sweeping views of Coors Field, along with the mountains and city skyline. The hotel has an upscale design featuring tinges of Americana and Major League Baseball, as well as an elegant theme throughout. There is 21,000 square feet of adaptable event space: Wynkoop Ballroom (1,783 square feet; 170 capacity), Baseline Ballroom (2,061 square feet; 200 capacity), Clubhouse Ballroom (735 square feet; 11 capacity) and Open Air Terrace (6,400 square feet; 500 capacity), along with the 6,490-square-foot Skybridge Rooftop and The Plaza. The versatile hotel welcomes everything from conferences and corporate events to weddings and galas. Food and beverage packages are available via two on-site concepts, The Original and The Rally Bar. Pricing is available upon request for buyout rates.

Lady Nomada
Lady Nomada
Expect coastal Mexican vibes, specialty tacos and tiki drinks at Lady Nomada, which opened its Baja-rado concept in Arvada in August. Nods to surf culture, coastal colors, natural textures, rattan light fixtures and hanging swing chairs outfit the 4,000-square-foot restaurant. The walls are graced by one-of-a-kind surfboards and photography from Mexican artists, along with an ocean mural and 3D art installation from Lindee Zimmer—a prime backdrop for a “surfing the wave” selfie. The space will continue to carry out a long history of music that dates back to Arvada favorite The D Note. To accompany a regular lineup of live music acts, the restaurant is outfitted with a McIntosh turntable and JBL audiophile speakers that will play funk and jazz records hand-selected by Denver’s Vinyl Me, Please. Buyouts range from $7,000 during the week to $9,000 on weekends for seated parties of 144 guests.

Deviation Distilling
Deviation Distilling
A transformed 1800s firehouse now resides as a 1,791-square-foot lively patio, intimate lounge and event space in the heart of Dairy Block’s mixed-used alley in downtown Denver. Deviation Distilling opened in September and spans two levels, where visitors are greeted with a stunning branded bottle light display that guides parties throughout the space. The first level features ample patio seating in the alley, while two large garage doors connect the patio space to the indoor bar area. The second level features a more intimate experience with a dark lounge, private tables and banquette seating. The space can accommodate groups of up to 120, and rental rates range from $300 to $2,000. Food and beverage costs are not included, but the venue offers signature charcuterie boards and/or catering partners from both Dairy Block and nearby food hall Milk Market.

Table Mountain Meetings and Events
Table Mountain Meetings and Events
Boasting high-tech capabilities (Wi-Fi, an upscale sound system, wall-mounted TVs and a projection screen) with a modern design, Table Mountain Meetings and Events opened in Golden’s Church Ranch Event Center in June. The venue can accommodate parties of up to 85 guests in the Celebration Hall or smaller groups in its three conference rooms or Meeting Hall. The space also features indoor-outdoor event options, as well as multiple breakout rooms and a patio with open garage door access so there’s plenty of variety when it comes to custom events. This property is suitable for corporate meetings and socials, trainings and seminars, celebrations of life and birthdays, as well as branded product launch events. There are cash and hosted bar offerings, as well as buffets and plated meals, passed or stationed appetizers and food truck options. Buyouts are available at an hourly rate, with enforced minimums, ranging from $50 to $500, depending on event size and venue needs.

Pine Cone Social
Pine Cone Social
An outdoor garden oasis located on the Front Range, Pine Cone Social opened in May. More than 2 acres of pastures, gardens and meeting spaces occupy the small, family-owned flower farm with a historic train car bar, outdoor games and charming conversation spaces to spark curiosity and fun–like the selfie photo booth in the vintage canned ham RV. From team-building to customer appreciation functions, and award ceremonies to picnics, along with farm-to-table dinners and celebrations, Pine Cone Social offers turnkey rental options, including decor, flowers, farm tables, chairs, tableware and tents. Accommodating up to 50 guests, the property can be rented out by the day or hourly starting at $500, and it allows hosts to bring in their own food and beverage or caterer of choice.

Apple Blossom
Opening at the end of this month on the 15th floor of the new Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver, brother-and-sister duo Paul and Aileen Reilly (behind former Beast + Bottle) present Apple Blossom. With views to the north of Denver, a rooftop terrace for pre-event functions, a hospitality suite and a semiprivate dining room for groups of 10-25, the seasonal American restaurant can host parties of up to 120, with prices beginning at $500. Beverage education add-ons and wine tastings will also be offered.

Sky Bar
Sky Bar
Also slated for a late-fall opening, Sky Bar at Stanley Marketplace will honor the Golden Age of air travel with its midcentury, luxury, airline-flight-lounge theme. The 550-square-foot lounge will supply uninterrupted Front Range views, from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak. With a capacity of 30 for seated events priced between $1,500 to $3,500 depending on the day, Sky Bar will serve high-altitude wines from around the world, as well as hand-crafted cocktails (think: highballs, martinis, cobblers, sours, margaritas and bloody marys).
