New GM and Executive Chef at Bourbon Steak

John Riccardo and Andrew Rothschild were recently appointed as the new general manager and executive chef of Michael Mina's newest venture, Bourbon Steak in Aventura. Riccardo previously was director of operations for Norman Van Aken Companies, while Rothschild formerly held executive chef positions at both the Forge in Miami Beach and Tsunami in Palm Beach. The new restaurant, scheduled to open in December at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, is the first eatery the club has opened to the general public and the last stage of its $100 million renovation.
