Located in a three-story historic brick building in Chelsea's gallery district, the Chelsea Art Museum has three floors and 30,000 square feet of space. The museum has a minimalist feel, with high ceilings, white walls and columns, a metal staircase and concrete floors. The loft-like third floor showcases a permanent art collection from the Miotte Foundation, holds 550 for cocktails, and can be divided for small events. The entire space can hold 1,450 for cocktails, or 900 for a seated dinner. Canard is the venue's preferred caterer. —Jill Musguire
