The Flatiron district's Metronome has a new sister space in Midtown called Branch. The 5,000-square-foot space features a sunken dance floor, a full DJ booth and full audiovisual capabilities including flat-screen plasma monitors and video teleconferencing. Butter-soft leather lounge furniture overlooks the dance floor. While most catering is offered by Metronome, outside caterers will be considered. On Fridays and Saturdays, it will operate as a nightclub. Branch is scheduled to open the first week of June. —Suzanne Ito
