Cipriani Takes Toy Building

June 11, 2003

Cipriani U.S.A, which operates one of the city's biggest event spaces, Cipriani 42nd Street, has signed a lease for 22,000 square feet of space at the International Toy Center building on Fifth Avenue. The new digs are slotted as event space, and span the ground, mezzanine and basement levels. It plans to open in April 2004.
