Bon Appétit's Chinn to Karlitz

After nine and a half years, Bon Appétit special events director Caryl Chinn—who planned the mag’s big annual Chefs Night Out event the night before the James Beard awards and its multicity Wine & Spirits Focus events, among others—is leaving the magazine to start a new culinary division at event and destination management company Karlitz & Company.
