
Renovated this past fall, the oceanfront Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club, with its new heating system, is now fully equipped and available for full-service, three-season entertaining. With a loft-style look, the large dining pavilion can hold seated dinners for 175, while the bar room—with three terraces, one of them tented—can hold a cocktail reception for 400. Booking and catering is available exclusively through Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs, one of the few New York-based caterers with a full kitchen in the Hamptons. —Brice Gaillard
