Douglas Rodriguez's Merrick Park eatery is now OLA Steak & Tapas—a follow-up to Pipa, his successful New York City taperia. The menu—complete with hot and cold tapas, salads, ceviches, and soups—goes well with the locale's dramatic decor, which includes high ceilings, a huge bar, and patio dining.
