3. WHY HOT TUB MOVIE SCREENINGS ARE THE NEW PARTY TREND: Watching a movie while soaking in a hot tub with friends is the latest idea for summer parties, with Brooklyn hosting its first one this week after importing the idea from London. New York Post: “The Hot Tub Cinema series—which provides inflatable jet tubs for $55 a ticket—kicked off in Williamsburg with a screening of the 2010 comedy Hot Tub Time Machine, offering the cool-kid crowd Manhattan skyline views and plenty of booze, organizers said. … The party was a hot ticket, with the 100 available tickets selling out less than two hours.” http://goo.gl/G3R4qE
