Ottawa #9 Festival & Parade For its 40th anniversary, Winterlude hosted about 600,000 visitors to skate the canal and take part in ice-carving competitions. The Sub-Zero Concert Series and the Ice Dragon Boat Festival returned, while an old favorite, the Waiters’ and Waitresses’ Race on Ice, was brought back from years gone by. Sponsors included Circle K and Tim Hortons. Next: February 1-17, 2019
