The 600-square-foot Merchants NY Cigar Bar has opened at the Dolphin Mall. The hip space features mahogany floors, a marble-topped, wood-paneled bar, leather sofas, and private humidors. The Victorian-style 30-seat bar offers more than 15 name-brand cigars, wines, and specialty beers. The menu offers small plates of assorted cheeses; jumbo lump crab cocktail; oysters on the half shell with mignonette foie gras terrine with brioche toast; desserts; and more.
