To give a glass of bubbly a decadent adornment, Spanish chocolatier Enric Rovira created a line of chocolate drink accents with a small groove that allows them to perch on the rim of a wine or cocktail glass. These dark truffles (made with 70 percent cacao) are intended to go with cava, a Spanish sparkling wine, but will add a stylish touch to any type of sparkling wine or dessert cocktails.
