The Pedal Pub puts a bar crawl on wheels. The driver takes groups of 16 through neighborhoods such as Ukrainian Village and the West Loop. Guests cannot drink while the vehicle is in motion, but hosts can supply food and beverages to be consumed while it’s parked on private property. Available April through October, fees range from $160 to $190 per hour.

Nobu Matsuhisa served an umami seafood cocktail with fish, shellfish, dashi, and soy sauce.

Octopus salad with tangerine, smoked paprika, and blistered Padrón pepper was offered at Bobby Flay's station.

Stephanie Izard of Girl & the Goat stuck to her own personal culinary theme, bringing smoked goat tostadas.

Marc Forgione of American Cut presented scallops, topped with seaweed and black truffle.
