
For an eye-catching and tasty catering idea, Pinch Food Design in New York offers freshly baked cracker pillows broken open with maracas to reveal a Greek salad of feta, fried eggplant, corn, and cucumber with oregano vinaigrette.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop pop-up shop in the Hamptons ended with a lemonade-stand themed party celebrating the company’s partnership with the children’s film Despicable Me 3 on August 6. The event, which was designed by Hessney & Co. and catered by Peter Callahan Catering, offered guests desserts including lemon granita served in freshly carved lemons.Â

Earlier this summer, event design company Tinsel & Twine designed a Cuban-inspired private corporate event that took place on Ellis Island. Cocktails made with watermelon and pineapples were served from a mobile cocktail cart from Pinch Food Design.

A custom kids’ lemonade stand served as the event’s main photo op.

The bar showcased a massive, branded succulent wall.Â

Lollapalooza, which took place August 2 to 5 at Grant Park in Chicago, offered two luxury V.I.P. tents for platinum ticket holders. Kehoe Designs designed both lounges, including Platinum South, which offered pink, bright orange, gold, and black accents. The ombrĂ© pink and orange color scheme was also incorporated into fringe ceiling decor. To enhance the ambiance, Kehoe included a black and white gallery with photography, illustrations, and sayings.Â
