The bartenders at the Highball Lounge inside the Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel in Boston offer creative “how-to-cocktail” breakout sessions for corporate groups and other parties. For groups of from 10 to 30 guests, the beverage experts will conduct an interactive cocktail-making class where guests can learn the latest tips and techniques on how to craft the perfect drink. Attendees also receive a copy of The Little Black Book of Cocktails and a Kimpton-branded cocktail shaker. Pricing starts at $250 for a party of 10.

Use session breaks to energize and refresh guests with options such as Wolfgang Puck Catering's spa-water hydration station. Fresh fruit and herbs can be added to water, and combinations include orange, mint, and lemon for an immunity boost; blueberry, apple, and raspberry for an antioxidant boost; and cinnamon and strawberry for a metabolism boost.
