Forget traditional triangle-eyed jack-o'-lanterns--pumpkin carver Hugh McMahon can turn those gourds into elaborate works of art. He has done everything from devilish cats to portraits of Hillary Rodham Clinton, Prince Charles and Sammy Sosa. Although October is McMahon's busiest month, he doesn't limit himself to pumpkins--watermelons are just as easy to carve, and they last longer, too. McMahon has even done work for party perfectionist Martha Stewart.
