1. The Lounge at Gotham Steak
In June, the lounge at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach made its debut. The hotel's upstairs dining room at Gotham Steak was converted into a 70-person lounge with a house DJ, soft lighting, and casual furnishings.

2. Highbar
The rooftop lounge at Dream South Beach opened in June. The lounge holds 275, is outfitted with an infinity pool, and offers a snack and cocktail menu and seating areas with casual furniture.

The team aimed to merge the natural beauty of the orchard with the luxurious RHONY aesthetic, incorporating red velvet lounges, gold and mirrored tables, and glamorous bars. 'Lots of people commented how they felt like they were walking into a real orchard and how beautiful the space looked,' Skonieczny said. 'I heard quite a few comments on how it was one of the most incredible transformations they have seen at the Chelsea Factory.'
