Chefs Gordon Ramsay, Daniel Boulud and Alain Ducasse at Boulud's party for Ramsay's book, A Chef for All Seasons, at Daniel.

Andr? Soltner (formerly of Lut?ce), Windows on the World's Michael Lomonaco and Barry Wine (formerly of the Quilted Giraffe) at Daniel.

Alain Sailhac (Le Cirque's original chef, now at the French Culinary Institute) attended the party with his wife, Arlene Feltman Sailhac, the director of De Gustibus Inc.

The presentation of the food served at Daniel, which included these tuna and caviar hors d'oeuvres, was beautiful.
