The Entourage entourage rolled into the new Social Hollywood for a party to fete the show's premiere in Los Angeles. Working with HBO's vice president of awards, events, and trade advertising, Lauren McMahon, event designer Billy Butchkavitz created a green-theme party, bringing in lime linens, lamp shades, ottomans, accent pillows, and shirts for staffers. Green orchids clustered in bowls atop tables. There was also plenty of offbeat entertainment. Invoking the space's previous incarnation as a gymnasium, Roller Derby girls skated around the ballroom track. Burlesquers performed in the Velvet Room, belly dancers gyrated in the Moroccan restaurant space, and drag queens hosted bingo games in an area dubbed the Green Room. Social Hollywood catered dinner, and DJ Johnny Knight spun for the assembled throng, which included cast members and the requisite Hiltons. (The season premiered in New York at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at NYU on June 7.)
