The BizBash IdeaFest New York took place at Javits Center North, the north hall of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, on Wednesday with a roster of offerings that included speakers such as former New York Giants running back and Thuzio co-founder Tiki Barber, event designer Bryan Rafanelli, and Bloomberg’s head of global events Thom Casadonte at the Event Innovation Forum; an early morning workshop series; and a lively show floor filled with new products, event services, entertainment, and venue ideas. Here’s a look at some of the top event design, decor, and rental ideas highlighted at the show.

Dynamic Drape & Decor utilized its new Form Set collection of modular pieces to create the Event Innovation Forum stage backdrop. The line, which debuted on IdeaFest show day and is available now, is ideal for projected lighting and video mapping displays.

That included pieces the company recently created for Common Ground’s 11th annual Celebrating Home & Community Gala, such as glowing wooden centerpieces designed to look like buildings created by honoree and architect Robert A.M. Stern.
