Freed’s Bakery in Las Vegas is offering the Firecracker Cake this season. Shaped like a red firecracker, the cake can be made with a variety of flavor options, including vanilla with Bavarian cream or strawberry puree, chocolate with Bavarian cream or raspberry puree, or red velvet with cream cheese filling.

Svedka Vodka hosted a "Red, White & Booze" barbecue on June 12 at a private home in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles. Produced by Shadow Events, the event had decor inspired by the brand's latest bottle design. “To highlight Svedka’s Party Edition bottle, we wanted to bring the brands cheeky lifestyle and limited-edition bottle to life with decor inspired by the bottle’s graffiti and chrome design,” explained Jamie D’Attoma, vice president of Shadow Events.

In addition to Svedka cocktails and burgers, corndogs, and chicken skewers, barbecue guests drank Svedka’s Rocket Pop—a frozen slushie made with Svedka vodka plus layers of strawberry purée, coconut cream, and blue curaçao.

On June 30, South Dakota Tourism brought a 22-foot-tall model of Mount Rushmore to Millennium Park in Chicago. The space also featured a climbing wall modeled after South Dakota’s Custer State Park, and a barbecue serving buffalo burgers.

Trevi Italian Restaurant, located at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, is selling a specialty cocktail on July 4. Dubbed the Red, White & Boom, the drink is a strawberry margarita made with triple sec, tequila, Blue Curacao, sweet and sour mix, fresh strawberry, and lime.

Trejo’s Coffee and Donuts in Los Angeles is offering two kinds of Fourth of July doughnuts this year. The lemon meringue doughnut is filled with lemon curd and topped with meringue, while a chantilly cream doughnut is mixed with strawberries and blueberries and topped with toasted coconuts.
