Chefs Go Glam in Interview Pics

March's Interview magazine includes a "Hot Chefs" photo essay with glamour shots of a host of New York chefs. A taste: Gramercy Tavern's Claudia Fleming bares her navel, Moomba's Frank Falcinelli bares his chest hair and Le Cirque's Pierre Schaedelin bares his bald pate. The copy with the pix includes some trivial gossip--Union Pacific's Rocco Dispirito's says white truffle risotto is the sexiest food; for Matthew Kenney (of Canteen, Commune and Matthew Kenney Catering & Events), it's buffalo mozzarella. Other chefs in the package: Marcus Samuelsson (Aquavit), David Bouley (Bouley Bakery), Patricia Yeo (AZ), Katy Sparks (Quilty's), Riad Nasr (Balthazar and Pastis) and Tim Byres (the soon-to-open Thom in new hotel 60 Thompson).
