The 9,000-square-foot Capital Grille will feature private dining options for groups and events; the 8,500-square-foot Oceanaire will offer fresh seafood daily in its first venture in Central Florida; the 10,000-square-foot Tommy Bahama's Tropical Café & Emporium will have a full-service restaurant plus a clothing and home accessories store; B.B. King's will be 10,000 square feet of dining and entertainment space available for special events; and 16,000-square-foot Maggiano's rustic Italian restaurant will offer private rooms for group functions.
