510 Ocean gets its name from its location on famed Ocean Drive, inside the lobby of the Bentley Hotel. The 2,500-square-foot New American restaurant opened in mid-November and offers both indoor and outdoor dining space for 200 guests. The 1,500-square-foot main dining area revolves around a column of gold onyx. Soft blue-toned walls and rich chocolate brown banquettes add a sophisticated touch. A 1,000-square-foot side garden, which features an amber onyx waterfall, is ideal for al fresco dining. Executive chef Cory Smith, formerly of Pacific Time, can cater any type of event, from hors d'oeuvres to a multicourse sit-down dinner. The staff can provide for any need, from entertainment to decor. An in-house DJ is also available. Events can also be held on the hotel's roof, which provides unobstructed views of the beach. —Vanessa Goyanes
