Brooklyn's Beer Kitchen

Beer Table, a diminutive bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is taking its ever-changing menu of rare beers on the road with Beer Kitchen, its new off-site catering division. Husband-and-wife owners Justin and Tricia Phillips can provide beer for a variety of occasions—from educational tastings (organized by region or themes like Old World/New World) to more casual get-togethers. Food is also available, including the meats, cheeses, and snacks served at the bar, as well as more extensive menus that can include entrees and hors d’oeuvres. Beer Kitchen is available for events throughout New York state, and can accommodate groups as large as 300. Private tastings start at $250; pricing depends on the number of guests and services needed.
