Zola Wine and Kitchen has announced a series of seasonal cooking classes for private groups to be held in its 1,700-square-foot test kitchen and event space, which opened last month. Two weekly two-hour classes lead by Zola restaurant chefs will focus on Italian cuisine and kitchen skills. Classes in February and March will spotlight desserts (cupcakes, pies and tarts, cake decorating) and wine tasting. Class size is limited to 16 students for hands-on kitchen participation and 24 for demonstrations. Prices begin at $65 per person for a two-hour class. Customized options are possible for corporate groups.
