You might need to fast and have stretchy pants ready for this one. Zac Young, the executive pastry chef for the David Burke Group, has unveiled a whopper of a holiday dessert: the Pie-Log-En. The three layer, yule-log-inspired dessert is composed of toffee pecan pie, eggnog cheesecake, and chocolate caramel yule log, layered together with chocolate buttercream frosting.
