The 40th annual Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show wrapped up Saturday at the Orange County Convention Center, ending three days of education, networking, and product demonstrations from more than 450 exhibitors. The show, produced by Reed Exhibitions, is primarily for hoteliers and restaurateurs, but some of the products on the trade show floor have applications for the event industry.
