After the class, guests can eat their dishes and enjoy a seated chef's tasting menu. Plus, attendees receive Wolfgang Puck-branded cutting boards and aprons.

Travel-inspired bar and eatery Westbound, which opened in the Los Angeles arts district in May, offers an Old Fashioned station for groups. Head bartender Dee Ann Quinones customizes the tasting experience by teaching guests how to put seasonal twists on the classic cocktail with various bitters, syrups, and garnishes. Guests also learn about different bases and infusions that change the cocktail's taste, as Quinones experiments with rye, bourbon, tequila, and rum, as well as bitters like mole, chocolate, toasted pecan, and dark cherry. After the demo, guests get to enjoy the custom cocktail.
