From vegan cheesesteaks to rainy day protection for fans, here are the latest products and services for summer events and beyond.

Questlove debuted “Questlove’s Cheesesteak,” made with Impossible plant-based meat, at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on March 28; it's available at two locations on the main concourse and sold at all of the Phillies’ home games. The meatless cheesesteaks are also on the menu at 40 Live Nation-owned and -operated venues across North America. The multi-hyphenate DJ is an investor in Silicon Valley-based Impossible Foods.

Detroit-based event medical services company CrowdRx’s Rampart Mobile Emergency Room is a temporary hospital that’s designed to provide medical care at a major event like a summer music festival (it’s also suited for the site of a disaster). The 1,000-square-foot trailer comes equipped and staffed to manage minor to severe emergency medical conditions, and it is self sustaining for the first 72 hours via generators.

Eventric’s latest version of Master Tour, Master Tour 3.0, offers several new features based on feedback from its users, including venue details like specs, logistical requirements, and technical information; multilingual capabilities; and at-a-glance accounting. Designed for tour managers for musical acts, corporate teams can also use the app to organize transportation, lodging, schedules, and load-in and -out times for off-site events. Master Tour is available as a monthly subscription with two options: professional and a free mobile level.

An umbrella alternative, the WalkingPod from Under the Weather protects spectators and attendees during outdoor events. It features clear panels on the front and sides that wearers can zip from the inside and outside for 270-degree viewing, as well as adjustable padded straps. The pod ($89.99) folds up to fit in a compact carrier and comes in coral, cyan blue, lime green, orange, pink, and yellow. In addition to a variety of other pod styles, the Cincinnati-based company also offers the ChairPod, which sits on a folding chair or wheelchair, and the StadiumPod ($79.99), which is a smaller version of the ChairPod ($89.99) and is designed for stadium bleachers or pavilion-style seating.
