Each of the 450 SAP Select guests received an Under Armour fitness band that tracked their steps, heartbeat, hours of sleep, and more. Organizers will analyze the data and then determine if there would be value in expanding the program at future events.

At registration, attendees were encouraged to pick their favorite pins, designed by Gifts for the Good Life, to add to their gift bags or wear during the event.

The event's branding was introduced in a countdown advent-style, two-part mailer. First, guests received a pop-up invitation and schedule of events, then a box filled with Engage! branded accessories, such as a sleep mask, luggage tag, and sunscreen. Gifts for the Good Life also created turn-down gifts for each evening of the event, which were themed to complement the activities the following day, such as a spa kit with a towel and robe and a travel set.

Crowdsync Technology's LED wristbands

Forget the glow sticks or cell phone flashlights. Crowdsync Technology provides controllable LED wristbands for events or live performances that light up to the beat of music using specialized DMX control software. Wristbands last roughly six hours or can be purchased with replaceable batteries for multi-day use. They can also be printed with company logos. Prices range from $3.49 to $3.99 per wristband, and the company works on events nationwide. Crowdsync Technology can also be applied to festival-friendly items such as beach balls.

Thrillist's Barbecue & the Blues

The media group offered branded stain-remover pens for the barbecue-sauce-loving crowd, along with mint and toothpick packs. Sweet Chick was voted "Best in BBQ" by The Kitchen cast and guests.

The American Express name appeared on the top and bottom of the flip-flops given to each guest.

As the night wore on, the sand was filled with the imprint of the American Express logo from the flip-flops.

Contained under the shade sail structure was the Pandora swag redemption station, which featured a live-screen printing station providing custom tote bags to guests. Pandora provided game cards to each guest upon arrival. Guests could take the cards to each activation, and get a stamp on their cards after engaging with each sponsor. Once all of the activations were complete, they could redeem the card for a tote, exclusive to the event.

The Morning After

Guests can recover from one too many cocktails with the Original HangOver Kit Kup. The 22-ounce reusable cup contains mini packs of brand-name remedies like Pepto-Bismol, Propel drink mix, Drinkwel multivitamins, Alka-Seltzer, Bayer aspirin, Colgate toothpaste and toothbrush, LA Fresh travel wipes, and breath mints. The kits are sold in cases of 6 ($50) or 12 ($90).

Similar to the hangover cup, Gifts for the Good Life's Good Night/Good Morning Kit includes bedtime treats and morning must-haves such as effervescent tablets, eye drops, and mints, plus popcorn for a midnight snack.
