Occasions Caterers launched a new line of
LED-lit tables just in time for the spring ball season. Unveiled at the
Washington Opera gala on February 3 (and spotted again at the Corcoran Ball), the five-foot rounds are made of frosted acrylic,
creating a subtle, ghostly shine. The tables consist of two pieces—the tops are
manually attached to thick, hollow bases. The LED lights are battery-powered
and can be controlled by a remote, allowing planners to cycle through multiple
colors at a speed of their choosing.
