The Sunset Marquis Hotel and Villas recently completed a $20 million renovation. The venue’s expansion includes the addition of 40 new villa suites, each with unique elements such as balconies or a baby grand piano. Designer Oliva Villaluz is behind the hotel’s luxe new look, and each villa features granite, marble, and mosaic glass tile decor details.
The two-story, 3,200-square-foot presidential villa has its own screening room, plus an office, and a dining area for 10. Guest amenities include 24-hour butler service, and access to a Bentley.The Restaurant at the Sunset Marquis Hotel was also part of the property’s upgrades. Executive chef Guillaume Burlion oversees the French-fusion restaurant, and its main dining room holds 60 for seated events. A patio holds 60 for seated events, or can accommodate 200 for receptions.
