On the first level of a still-under-renovation town house, the main dining room has ochre and Tuscan red brick walls, black and gray granite floors, dark wood accents, and is lit by a series of brass Victorian chandeliers. The cozy rear section of the room shares space with an open kitchen. French doors lead onto an 800-square-foot landscaped terrace, which has stucco and stone walls as well as a retractable awning and overhead fans.
Come July, Cam’s plans include a 40-seat private dining room with its own kitchen and terrace on the second floor and a fourth-floor terrace surrounded by red granite columns and a trellis roof, also with room for 40.
Bistro Provence offers a menu of classic dishes from the south of France, such as grilled sea scallops with porcini risotto and clams stuffed with baby spinach, onion confit, and walnut, and is available for full or partial buyout.
