
Absolut took over Chicago's Venue One in 2011 to host a launch party for Absolut Wild Tea. Because the flavor combines notes of oolong tea and Nordic white elderflower, the event took on an Asian-meets-Swedish theme. The main room had a minimal look, accented with mirror-top tables, patterned lighting, and bamboo fixtures that held boxes of white flowers.Â


Elderflower liqueur brand St-Germain partnered with creative director Lily Kwong for the Los Angeles debut of Maison St-Germain, which took place August 2 at the Houdini Estate. The event had a magical realism and botanical fantasy theme, with decor elements that included a white silhouette of a house with hanging florals.

Keeping with the botanical fantasy theme, servers with painted florals on their arms and hands served St-Germain cocktails from behind bushes.Â

Cupcake Wines had an activation that let guests pose inside a prop wine bottle that was surrounded with bubbles.Â

Jack Daniel’s celebrated its second year as an official N.B.A. partner by hosting a series of events and activations through the weekend. The brand kicked off the festivities on Friday night with its immersive House No. 7, a stylish, two-night event at Mack Sennett Studios. Longtime partner Mirrorball designed the event to resemble a vintage Southern hotel, with staffers dressed as bellhops.

New York's Sneakeasy came to 45 Grand Street from March 20 to 26. The activation showcased the new Air VaporMax shoe with a futuristic mirror backdrop.

The Royal Ontario Museum celebrated the anniversary with its ROM Ball on May 6. The event, which showcased musician and photographer Bryan Adams’s photo exhibition of 28 Canadian icons called “Canadians,” featured wall projections of the Canadian flag and red “150” maple leafs. The event was designed by digital video company the Mustard Shop, event designer William Fulghum, and the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario's gala team.Â

Your Event Solution produced an adult Willy Wonka-theme corporate event for an association’s annual meeting on April 1 at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort outside of Atlanta. Showcasing a unique take on a doughnut wall, the event offered doughnuts placed on giant letters that spelled out “sweet."
