At the Event Innovation Forum at BizBash IdeaFest in New York, Bill Wasik, author and senior editor at Wired magazine, discussed the relationship between technology and its effect on physical crowds. Drawing on examples including the London riots, Occupy Wall Street, the TED conferences, and his own experience with flash mobs, Wasik reviewed how digital media has changed the way we get together.
