Wild Horse Pass, located in Chandler, AZ, is embarking on an exciting expansion scheduled to open this fall and will soon deliver more than 45,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor function space. The expansion will also include a new 11-story hotel tower with 205 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites. With this addition, the hotel will now offer 446 guest rooms and suites.
The new meeting and event spaces will win guests over with its contemporary touches, warm wood tones, and sun-soaked foyer spaces. 25,000-square-feet of brand-new function space will be added to the property that is already home to 17,000-square-feet of flexible function space. The new space will feature 12,000-square-feet of ballroom space with automobile access, four 1,500-square-foot breakout rooms with natural light and an outdoor patio, as well as a 12-person boardroom.
Wild Horse Pass is also adding 7,000 square feet of outdoor function lawn space that provides the perfect setting to mingle with your guests, offering seating for meals, receptions, and even group yoga. The property is also home to a celebrity status showroom with theater seating for up to 1,400 guests, or 320 guests at round tables, offering versatile seating options for attendees.
Delicious dining awaits. Exceptional flavor combinations, modern decor, and grand ambiance will soon take over the rooftop on the 11th floor of the new hotel tower. The rooftop destination will be home to Prime, a brand-new Shula’s Steak House concept inspired by NFL’s all-time winningest Head Coach Don Shula, serving up a fresh twist on classic steakhouse dishes with touches of French culinary undertones. Rising 150-feet over the desert landscape, Prime will be complete with large windows revealing stunning views of the Estrella Mountains and breathtaking Arizona sunsets.
Additional new venues include two pools with a full-service restaurant and bar, plus the new Nightcap Lounge that offers handcrafted cocktails.
