15 Colorful Booth Designs From Natural Products Expo West 2024

From a revamped brand identity to bodega-inspired settings, this year’s trade show featured fun experiential spaces for attendees to explore.

More than 3,300 exhibiting companies, including 840 new-to-show brands, showcased their products—ranging from consumer packaged goods to natural foods to lifestyle items. 

Industry professionals in health and wellness spoke during education sessions, while the Natural Products Business School featured workshops led by over 40 experts, plus a keynote and an entrepreneurial panel. New programs included a local buyers' program, buyer-only show floor hours, an augmented reality experience, and zero-waste product sampling at the Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace. 

Natural Products Expo West 2025 will take place March 4-8 at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Impossible Foods

The trade show marked the debut of Impossible Foods’ revamped brand identity. As a nod to the new brand positioning—which places Impossible in the meat aisle next to animal products—attendees entered into a butcher shop-type setting.

Impossible partnered with experiential creative agency Yes Creative Co to design a booth that transported people into a classic butcher shop, complete with refrigerated deli cases housing its plant-based products in the new red packaging, along with iconography and signage that was inspired by hand-painted market and butcher signs. Impossible's new brand palette, which mirrors the progression of a burger's cooking stages (rare, medium, well-done, and charred), was also used throughout the space. Nearly 31,000 samples were handed out over the course of four days.

Poppi
The inspiration for this space was rooted in the concept of poppi as the “future of soda.” The color palette and materials were a nod to the “Gen X soft club” aesthetic that has grown popular on TikTok, with references to late '90s and early 2000s cultural influences in fashion, music, and technology. The booth was conceived and designed by New York-based boutique creative firm Kennett Creative.

The meat snacks brand was on hand offering samples at its booth, produced by Good Time Creative. The space included touchscreens that gave buyers instant access to product information, key differentiators, specs, nutrition facts, and ingredients.

Royal
This basmati rice brand unveiled its brand refresh featuring new packaging and product innovations at the trade show. Royal partnered with viral rice artist Alissa Teo to create a rice art display of the new logo. It took Teo five hours to complete the work using 50,000-plus grains of basmati rice. She then tossed her artwork into the air to reveal the logo facing forward. See it here.

TiNDLE Foods introduced two new retail products at the expo: TiNDLE stuffed chicken and its first dairy product, TiNDLE Barista oat milk. The brand's storefront-inspired booth, which was produced by Good Time Creative, was decked out in its signature bright blue hue.

At the trade show, Caulipower showcased 11 new innovations, along with a photo booth. The brand’s new all-natural dill-flavored chicken bites, which feature a coating made of cauliflower and chickpea flour, were an attendee favorite.
